Our Service Terms And Commitments

Welcome to Camper Alex RV! By scheduling a service, using our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Camper Alex RV provides certified mobile RV repair and maintenance services across Central Texas. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Air conditioning service

  • Awning repair and replacement

  • Roof repair and sealing

  • Plumbing and water leak repairs

  • Electrical diagnostics

  • Routine maintenance and inspections

We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary (e.g. unsafe conditions, out-of-scope repairs).

2. Scheduling & Appointments

All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or text.

  • A Service Call Fee will apply to all on-site visits, and may vary based on location.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation with a time window for arrival.

  • We aim for punctuality, but unforeseen delays (traffic, extended prior appointments) may affect arrival time. You will be notified promptly.

  • A credit card is required on file for same day cancellations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, checks, cash, and approved electronic transfers.

  • A deposit may be required for parts-intensive jobs or large repairs.

  • Unpaid balances after 15 days may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month.

Warranty claims and payment:

  • Manufacture warranty claim payment will be the responsibility of the client. Camper Alex RV will write up and submit all paperwork for client reimbursement. Additional labor and parts not covered by warranty company will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Extended warranty claim parts and labor will be the responsibility of Camper Alex RV. All reimbursement will come from warranty company to Camper Alex RV. Additional labor and parts not covered by warranty company will be the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

  • Labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to any new parts installed.

  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, external damage, or unrelated system failures.

If a problem arises, please contact us promptly so we can resolve it.

6. Liability

Camper Alex RV is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues or damage not related to our repairs.

  • Personal belongings left in or around the RV.

  • Delays due to parts availability, weather, or emergencies.

We do our best to work safely and respectfully in and around your home or RV.

7. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • A customer is verbally abusive or threatening

  • There is a lack of access or unsafe working conditions

  • Services requested are outside our expertise or code requirements

8. Website & Content Usage

All content on www.camperalexrv.com is the property of Camper Alex RV and may not be reused without permission. Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revisions will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
